I am always easy to contact by phone or email even when I am out of my office. I always request a deposit and in return issue a contract/receipt to every customer. I have full public liability insurance and all the equipment is PAT tested.
Based in Epping, Essex, this gives me very close access to the M25, M11 and London. So I am always interested to hear from customers in Hertfordshire, Kent, Essex and London.
I always keep check on road and traffic information on the day, and ensure that I always arrive early enough with plenty of time to get set up. I also carry spare equipment at all times, a spare van and a fully trained stand-by DJ, just in case, of course.
There is no Maplin, Argos, hired or old second hand equipment in my rig. I don’t use those plastic speakers which give you a nasty tinny sound. I only use the very best and very latest in DJ, sound, lighting and visual technology, and I replace my old equipment every four years.
